Attend the Hiram High Homecoming Parade!

The Hiram High School Homecoming Parade will take place on Thursday, October 9th in old Hiram.   The parade route will begin at the Hiram Community Center and end near Hiram Elementary School.  Your Band of Gold– the Band of Hiram, Georgia– will participate.  After a 3:45 – 4:15 practice, Band members should assemble at the Hiram Community Center before 5:30 pm.  Parade begins at 6 p.m.

The Cookie Dough fundraiser orders will be available for pick up on Monday, September 22nd.

The Cherrydale fundraiser orders must be picked up on Thursday, October 9th (before the Homecoming Parade).

Attend the September Booster Meeting

The Hiram Band of Gold Boosters meet on Monday, September 15th at 7 pm at the Hiram High Fine Arts Center.

We’ll have a drawing for a $25.00 gasoline card for those in attendance.  Please make sure your family is represented at this and every booster meeting.

Pick up your Coca-Cola products!

The Coca Cola products will be ready for pickup on Tuesday afternoon, September 9th, immediately after band practice. Please make sure you pick up your fundraiser order for delivery to your customers.

What a Weekend at Paulding Meadows! Thanks, BOG Parents and Friends!

The Band of Gold Boosters owe a huge thank you to the Lord family for another successful year managing our booth at Paulding Meadows. We had many BOG family volunteers over the two day festival helping us prepare and sell hot apple dumplings and ice cream. You’re all to be commended for turning out. It was a great opportunity to meet many of the new band parents and spend some quality time on “the back porch” getting to know one another.

Drum roll, please…

Last year was a very successful year at Paulding Meadows. But this year! Well, on Saturday, we sold almost as many hot apple dumplings as we did over the two day period last year (and you know we all considered last year a high water mark)! We had to purchase more supplies Saturday evening to be ready for Sunday.

So, Paulding Meadows 2008 will go down in the record books. Ka-ching!
